 Dance has for a very long time accompanied various forms of music as an expression of the joy or the feeling generated from the music. Dancing has evolved from a simple movement of body parts to a choreographed movement of worship. Incorporating flags with dance is the ultimate expression of praise and honor to God.

 Praise, is the outward expression, means to sing, to tell of, to give, or to confess. In other words, it means to be thankful for God’s blessing, and to declare the good news about God to others.  Worship,  conveys the idea of, "prostrating oneself, to bow down, to fall face down, to pay homage and to pay respect.” In other words, worship is the highest form of honor and respect that we can show towards God.  Worship is a direct conversation between you and God and it is highly intimate and personal.
